Arbor Place Residential Treatment Center operates as a 24-hour, peer-supported therapeutic environment, community-based service providing observation, monitoring and treatment by a multidisciplinary team. Treatment services within the program include psycho-educational groups, group therapy, individual counseling, family programming, and case management. Additional services, such as psychotherapy or medication management, are coordinated as needed for each individual. The program may also include monitoring and education in the areas of personal health and hygiene, community socialization, problem resolution counseling, and daily living skills. Each day may include a combination of educational groups, therapy groups, individual counseling or therapy, self directed activities, and attendance at mutual self help groups.
