Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a desire to work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and want to make a positive difference in their lives. Knowledge in addiction, mental health, and recovery is valued. The ability to set healthy boundaries, exhibit good communication skills, and be a strong member of a team-based care approach is essential. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a Wisconsin Caregiver background check, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or GED minimum education required.
