The short answer: People. I value humans, all struggles and joys, chaos and delights. And I enjoy being a part of the journey of growth.
Trauma work holds a specific place in my heart, making people with that in their journey a particular population I am drawn to. I also enjoy expressive arts, meaning people willing to work 'outside the box' and try creative ways to heal excites me.
I strive to create an environment filled with understanding. My office is filled with variety (the spice of life), color, and encouragement; it is an extension of me, meaning I hold a curious mindset, not taking rigid stances on a vast number of topics. I am here to assist in the best possible outcome, knowing there is not only one path to that end goal.
