I've always wanted to help people who are going through difficult times. I know that everyone has a story, and I believe that having someone who listens without judgment can make a real difference. What drew me to Arbor Place was the opportunity to support people as they work toward recovery and a healthier future. What keeps me here is seeing the progress our clients make, celebrating their successes, and knowing that even small acts of kindness and encouragement can have a lasting impact
I work best with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves. I enjoy helping others feel safe, heard, and supported while meeting them where they are in their recovery. I believe in being patient, compassionate, and consistent, and I strive to build trust by treating everyone with dignity and respect.
If you’re feeling nervous about meeting with me, that’s completely okay. You don’t have to have all the answers or know exactly what to say. My goal is to listen, support you, and meet you where you are without judgment. You deserve kindness, respect, and a safe place to be yourself, and I’ll do my best to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout your journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, organizing and decorating my space, and taking care of my plants. I also enjoy learning about psychology and personal growth, trying new recipes, and spending quality time with my family. I believe it's important to find joy in the little things, and I enjoy encouraging others to discover hobbies and interests that bring them peace and happiness.
