Residential Treatment
Residential treatment, or inpatient treatment, is an intensive level of care for individuals who have difficulty maintaining sobriety in their current environment. Often, inpatient rehab is for individuals who have been unsuccessful in an outpatient treatment program and need a higher level of care.
Arbor Place Residential Treatment Center in Menomonie (serving Eau Claire, River Falls, and the surrounding areas) operates as a 24-hour, peer-supported therapeutic environment, community-based service providing observation, monitoring and treatment by a multidisciplinary team.
Treatment services within the inpatient rehab program include psycho-educational groups, group therapy, individual counseling, family programming, and case management. Additional services, such as psychotherapy or medication management, are coordinated as needed for each individual in inpatient rehab.
Inpatient Rehab
The program may also include monitoring and education in the areas of personal health and hygiene, community socialization, problem resolution counseling, and daily living skills. Each day may include a combination of educational groups, therapy groups, individual counseling or therapy, self-directed activities, and attendance at mutual self-help groups.
