I was drawn to this work initially because it felt like a challenge. I have grown to deeply love the connections with others, holding space for the hard things and providing education and support.
I enjoy working with all people. I feel I learn as much from my clients as I hope they learn from me, regardless of population or situation. I do enjoy working with our local treatment court participants and the justice impacted individuals. I have a passion for the science of addiction and working to help clients better understand what they are experiencing during and after substance use.
Making the call is the hardest step. I will walk with you and join you in any place you are. Ask any questions. I will try to clarify, explain and educate every step of the way. We will take this as slow as you need.
