Compassion in Every Connection

Admission Counselor

Erika Forester

3 years in the Field

WHY SHE DOES THIS WORK

I chose this work as I have been impacted by addiction within my family and knew I always wanted to be a part of helping others, therapeutically. I stay motivated by seeing the hope that our clients get once they start to believe that recovery is real and achievable- It is beautiful to watch unfold.

WHO SHE WORKS BEST WITH

I work best with the residential team, being challenged to problem solve when concerns/issues arise, and being able to provide a safe place to be vulnerable not only the clients, but my coworkers- support goes a long way!

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Be open minded, trust the process, and when you believe even in the small glimpse of hope that you can recover, your whole life will begin to change. I will do everything possible to meet you where you are at but challenge you to become a better version of yourself.

OUTSIDE OF ARBOR PLACE

I enjoy spending time with my son, taking care of my plants, reading, traveling/road trips, live music, and connecting with my friends/family.
