Having walked through my own personal struggles, I understood the transformative power of counseling and a safe space. I was drawn to the privilege of paying it forward and forming deep, non-judgement human connections.
WHO SHE WORKS BEST WITH
Individuals struggling with substance use.
I believe all humans are capable of healing and growth. My goal is to provide a collaborative safe space where client’s feel seen and empowered. Healing happens through connection.
OUTSIDE OF ARBOR PLACE
Spending time with my family. I love to do most anything outdoors. I have recently started traveling and am especially drawn to places that are rich with history and culture. I'm almost always starting a new project; changing and updating my home and I love to refinish and upcycle old furniture.
