I get professional satisfaction knowing that the work I do is positively contributing to an individual's quality of life. I want to do work that goes beyond any personal gain, but is a gain for others and the community.
WHO SHE WORKS BEST WITH
I don’t do any direct client care in my role as Executive Director. Most of my work revolves around making decisions to continue moving our organization forward, identifying ways to increase our quality of care, and seeking out ways to expand the organization’s impact. This is the way I can best serve our clients and community.
Please don’t worry about having the “right” words or knowing exactly what to ask before reaching out. I value honest conversations and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, hearing their ideas, and helping work through challenges. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk—that’s often what the conversation is for. I try to be approachable, straightforward, and open-minded, so just come as you are and start wherever makes sense to you.
