I chose this field because I’ve seen firsthand how substance use disorder affects individuals and their families. What keeps me here is a deep passion for helping people break the cycle, ensuring they know they aren't alone and that there is always someone truly invested in their recovery.
While I truly enjoy working with everyone and hearing their unique stories, I have a special place in my heart for pregnant women and mothers facing substance use disorder. My passion for becoming a birth doula was rooted in a desire to support women navigating this exact intersection. Because they are often in an incredibly vulnerable and sensitive space, I am dedicated to ensuring they feel supported, less alone, and entirely free of judgment.
Know that I hear you, and you don’t have to carry this by yourself anymore. If you’re nervous about reaching out, just know that I am here with you. I will do everything I can to support you, make you feel less alone, and remind you that there is always hope, no matter what. Keep fighting—you’re worth it.
Outside of my work, I love traveling, playing volleyball, reading, and spending time with my family and friends.
